Overview[edit | edit source]
Battle is a mini-game in Minecraft where players go head-to-head in a premade PvP-style arena. Players must gather weapons, stay alive, and fight other players while following a predetermined set of rules. Four players can play per match if using split-screen on a single console, or 8 players can play per match if playing online. There is also a DLC (Downloadable Content) for $2.99. This DLC adds 3 maps that one can enable if they are hosting their own match.

Trivia[edit | edit source]
- This game is the console version of "Hunger Games" (not to get confused with the novels and movies), which is a game in which players gather tools from chests in a world and try to kill each other.
- Battle was the first mini-game added to the console editions, and it was followed by Tumble Mode and Glide.
