From Minecraft Wiki

The app was discontinued in 2014. As of Apple iOS 11, Minecraft Pocket Edition Lite is incompatible with Apple devices.

  • Blocks that do not spawn naturally are available in the inventory in infinite amounts.
  • Google Play accounts which have downloaded the app before its removal are able to redownload it anytime; other accounts will get a standard "Requested URL not available."
  • The default username on the iOS version is "Stevie" instead of "Steve".
  • It is possible for a server message saying "This server has restarted!" to be spammed in the chat for unknown reasons; this can cause the game to lag.
